PepTenChip®System

The PepTenChip® system offers new possibilities to support smooth collaboration with specialized institutions for diseases that have been difficult to diagnose or for which reliable diagnostic methods have not been established.

In order to collect big data for approval, we have decided to commercialize the PepTenChip® system for research use, including through collaboration.

What is PepTenChip® System?

Rapid testing is possible for intractable diseases for which there is no definitive diagnostic method.
Since multivariate analysis of data can provide objective indicators, it can also be applied to diagnose diseases for which the causative agent has not been identified.

We support pre-symptomatic and preemptive medical care, home diagnosis, and remote diagnosis.
Because it can be easily determined without taking tissue samples, early detection, early diagnosis, and treatment of diseases are possible.

How to use

To use it, you will need a “sample (any substance),” “chip substrate (PepTenChip®),” and “detector (PepTenCam).”

The high-sensitivity fluorescence detection device “PepTenCam”, which is the detection unit of the PepTenChip® system, has a camera that can customize the fluorescence filter according to the fluorescent dye used.

eractions between molecules (mainly proteins) that exist in living organisms in industry. Living organisms transmit information through energy-saving, highly specific, and selective intermolecular interactions. Applying this mechanism to manufacturing and medical care will become an important technology for next-generation industries. At our laboratory, we are constructing libraries and producing bioconjugates to imitate and substitute biological molecular recognition with peptide derivatives, and are conducting research and development toward highly efficient exploration, diagnosis, and drug discovery.
